Brand Stories

At Dreamy Daze we try to offer brands that provide not only unique and quality items but also give back to the community. We love to support brands that are also small businesses. Every purchase you make at Dreamy Daze is making a positive difference!

Sparkle Sisters by Couture Clips

Inspired by the birth of her two daughters and her love for styling the girls’ hair with beautiful accessories, Lisa created Sparkle Sisters by Couture Clips in 2010. Applying her unique sense of style and creative design, Lisa initially launched the brand to focus solely on children’s hair accessories. After establishing the brand in the hair accessory space, Lisa has since extended the Sparkle Sisters creative signature into new children’s fashion product categories, so parents can dress their girls in a range of stylish combinations from the brand.

Pretty Simple

Pretty Simple began in 2014 when Leah had a shift in priorities. As a breast cancer survivor, and mom to a recently diagnosed Type 1 Diabetic, she decided life is simply too short to not be around for it. Beyond what you see on this site, PS is more than something you wear. It comes from within. It is living with purpose. Believing in your dream, and having the courage to go for it. When you shop with Pretty Simple you are not only supporting a small business, but the type 1 diabetes community. A portion of all sales is donated back to t1 non profits like JDRF and T1 International!

521handmade

521handmade was created in 2014 when I started making handmade pillows in my tiny studio apartment, using the kitchen counter as my workspace. I have a Bachelors Degree in Apparel & Textiles, but was too afraid to take a sewing class during college. I taught myself how to sew by watching YouTube videos during a freezing North Dakota winter and instantly fell in love with product design. I created a bunch of "last name + est.2014" pillows for all my friends who were getting married that year and orders just kept coming in! After that, I happily became "the pillow lady." Today, I still design and create every pillow in my home studio; often with my two little boys keeping me company. Running 521handmade has been such a blessing to my family and every order is so greatly appreciated.
